COVID-19 update

During the COVID-19 outbreak, ensuring the health and safety of our people, clients, and business partners is our top priority. Given the growth in the number of cases of COVID-19, and continued uncertainty around the world, we are undertaking additional measures to protect employees, their families, our customers, business partners and communities.

Our goal is to ensure that we continue to provide our customers with a high level of service. We are continuously monitoring information from official health organizations and planning and adjusting for business continuity in changing scenarios. Each Ewellix unit has a comprehensive contingency plan in place to manage.

We have secured that Ewellix’s staff can work remotely in case of local shutdown requirements. This should ensure that the communication flow is safeguarded.
