Eurofound seeks user feedback

As part of its commitment to further increase the relevance and usefulness of its work for its target audiences, Eurofound carries out an annual user satisfaction survey. Feedback from stakeholders and users helps Eurofound to continuously improve its publications and other outputs. This year’s survey, being carried out once again by market research company GfK Belgium, was launched on 11 October and runs until the end of November.

The online survey asks respondents about their profiles, their perceptions of Eurofound as an organisation, and their usage of and satisfaction with Eurofound’s outputs. The results, compiled in December, will provide the Agency with data on user satisfaction trends over the entire 2013–2016 programming period. All users and stakeholders are invited to complete the survey at http://bit.ly/EFUserSurvey
