Vivian Grunblatt, founder of Mallorcaresidencia, commented about its renovations services of the company.

- Over the years our clients have been asking our advice on how to refurbish their properties, all from changing an old kitchen to complete transformation. Therefore we decided to start our refurbishments and building projects division to help our clients after their purchase. The division is run by our interior architect Patricia Grunblatt and her team of 20 people who are helping her in her projects.

Sometimes our clients find that perfect place, the right size in the right area with the view they want but are worried about all the work that needed to be done to make it feel like a home. Patricia is an interior architect. Her background is in Interior and Graphic Design. Before she worked for LOM FDP, an architecture and design firm in London. Prior to this she spent some time in the USA, Italy and Kenya gaining multicultural experience within her field. She has a Masters degree in environmental issues and sustainability from which she tries to incorporate the concepts in all her projects.
