Educatius Announces Aiducatius Creativity Internship for Exchange Students and American Teachers in Kartong, The Gambia

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

[Boston, November 27] - Educate, inspire, and create change. Educatius, a global leader in educational exchange programs for international students, proudly announces the launch of the Aiducatius Creativity Internship at St. Martin's School in Kartong, The Gambia. This unique opportunity underscores the organization’s commitment to fostering positive global impact through transformative educational experiences.

Creating an Impact through Exchange

Each year, every student who participates in an Educatius high school exchange program in the USA and worldwide indirectly contributes to the support of Aiducatius programs. Aiducatius has provided support to the St. Martin’s School community since 2009.

Launching December 1, the 2023 Aiducatius Creativity Internship competition provides a unique opportunity for international exchange students, alumni, American teachers and Local Coordinators on Educatius high school programs to go one step further – contributing their talents to a meaningful project.

Creating Connections Through the Universal Language of Art

At its heart, this innovative internship program aims to foster cultural connections through the universal language of art. Artistic expression has the unmatched power to unite individuals from across the globe, and this is precisely what the Aiducatius Creativity Internship strives to accomplish.

Nestled on the West African coast, The Gambia boasts a recent growth in the visual arts scene. This internship grants the internship participants a remarkable opportunity to embrace the exchange of creative ideas with students from a diverse culture.

A Once in a Lifetime Opportunity for Students and Alumni

The internship will immerse winners of the competition in a vibrant and friendly community while providing a platform for artistic collaboration. Throughout the two-week internship in June 2024, the four selected participants will collaborate on exchanging artistic skills and creations with students and teachers at St. Martin’s School.

Selected teens will be accompanied by a teacher and a Local Coordinator from Educatius’ global network, ensuring a supportive and educational environment. Together, students and their adult chaperones will embark on a remarkable artistic adventure, embracing new perspectives and expanding their creative horizons.

The 2023 competition will open globally December 1 and accept applications until December 31. More information and how to apply can be found at Giving December: Apply for Aiducatius internship- Educatius.
