Copenhagen Contemporary opens Shapeshifters – Magic in Art & Fashion on 26 June — an exhibition exploring the ritual and transformative power of clothing. Featuring 12 Nordic artists, the works examine how fashion marks life transitions, blur reality and fantasy, and build new communities. Free exhibition opening on the evening of 25 June.

Camille Henrot's largest solo exhibition in Scandinavia opens at Copenhagen Contemporary on 5 June. Paper Planes brings together a decade of major installations, new sculptures and drawings, and the Scandinavian premiere of her new film In the Veins — already called "an instant classic" by Art in America.
Den 5. juni åbner Copenhagen Contemporary Paper Planes – Camille Henrots hidtil største soloudstilling i Skandinavien. Henrot er en af verdens mest indflydelsesrige nulevende kunstnere med en praksis, der spænder over film, maleri, bronze, tegning, skulptur og installation. En bevilling fra 15. Juni Fonden på 2 mio. kr. til Kunstcenteret CC gør det muligt at lancere et nyt talentprogram i perioden 2026-28; CC Horizons, der skal styrke danske kunstneres internationale karrierer gennem udvikling af ambitiøse udstillinger og adgang til et stærkt, globalt netværk.
I forbindelse med åbningen af udstillingen Earth | Tree, skabt af den internationalt anerkendte japanske arkitekt Kengo Kuma/KKAA, tilbyder Copenhagen Contemporary nu et gratis medlemskab til alle tømrere, murere, snedkere og møbelsnedkere samt studerende på disse fag i Danmark.
Copenhagen Contemporary presents the first Danish exhibition by Kengo Kuma/KKAA. Earth | Tree transforms Hall 4 into a sensorial landscape of wood and earth, inviting visitors to experience “gentle architecture” through the body and explore the creative process hands-on.
