In-the-box packaging solution for the U.S. market
POLIFILM TRADING RELIES ON THE FOUNDATION OF RIPAC´S SISTER COMPANY RIPAC AMERICA INC.
The POLIFILM Group, one of the leading specialists in extrusion and protective films, continues to grow. The TRADING subgroup complements RIPAC GmbH's European business with an American subsidiary. Like its German sister company, the newly founded sales company RIPAC America Inc. offers integration concepts for packing stations and the materials required to fill transport packaging, such as air cushions.
Joseph M. La Grasta is responsible for the development of the U.S. business. The 52 -year-old was previously Vice President of Global Accounts Storopack Hans Reichenecker GmbH and can draw on over 23 years of experience in protective packaging. RIPAC GmbH and the expansion on the European market will remain unaffected under the management of Henny Ribbink.
Sustainable solutions across the board
What unites the two sister companies is their portfolio approach. RIPAC stands for the well-thought-out integration solutions in all markets and the consistently pursued sustainable approach of its in-the-box packaging materials. Recyclability and the use of recycled materials are the focus of the companies. For example, the fully recyclable air cushion films are offered exclusively as recyclable solutions (PCR and PIR) and sometimes contain up to 100% recycled material in the PE content.
