The must-haves for any vegan breakfast
Mornings aren't so bad when you know that this is waiting for you on the breakfast table. Whether you're more sweet or savoury, or prefer a fancy smoothie or a classic slice of toast: having a vegan diet doesn't have to stop you from enjoying your favourite breakfast foods. KoRo has everything you need for a vegan breakfast - even those who definitely aren't morning people.

My perfect Sunday... pancakes, muffins and waffles! With the vegan egg substitute from KoRo, a beautiful vegan breakfast spread is easy to make. Simply mix 20 g of the "vegan egg" powder and 40 ml of warm water and it can be substituted for eggs in any recipe.

A brand new addition to the KoRo family is the date, cashew and vanilla spread. It is KoRo's own creation, which is made in the company's own production facility in southern Germany. The vegan spread consists of only 3 ingredients - cashews, dates and vanilla - and no refined sugar thanks to the natural sweetness of the dates.

Whether spread on toast, for extra creaminess in a smoothie, the crunchy organic peanut butter is a real all-round talent. The spread is made from 100% peanuts, without any added household sugar because of their natural sweetness. With 26 g of protein per 100 g, the spread is also a real source of protein which can only lead to a good start to the day.

The organic honey alternative made from tonka beans is in no way inferior to honey from the beehive. Drizzle on toast, in tea, coffee and on porridge, the fruity apple note makes the vegan honey alternative a real treat for your tastebuds.

It's the roasted cocoa beans that gives this vegan breakfast staple its indulgent flavour. Packed with protein from the sunflower seeds (20g of protein per 100g!), this porridge is the perfect way to start the day. Our favourite toppings are date syrup and strawberries for a sweet and fruity kick.

Coffee, tea or pastries - some things just need that little bit of extra sweetness. If you prefer to not have refined sugar in your diet, there is a wide selection of sugar alternatives at KoRo. Due to its thick consistency, tart and, of course, sweet taste, organic sugar beet syrup is delicious as a spread or for baking.
