Pomegranate and mint refresher
You need:
- 150ml pomegranate juice
- fresh mint leaves
- one lemon
- 50ml agave syrup
- 100ml water
How it’s done:
- For the syrup, put the agave syrup, a couple of mint leaves, zest of a lemon and water into a pot and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Take the pot off the heat and sieve out the mint leaves and the lemon zest.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes, lemon slices and one tablespoon of the homemade syrup.
- Pour lemon juice and pomegranate juice into it and garnish it with a mint leaf. Enjoy
Not just a Pink Drink
You need:
- ½ tsp. blue spirulina powder
- 1 tbsp. raspberry syrup
- juice of ½ a lemon
- juice of ½ a lime
- water
How it’s done:
- Mix the spirulina powder with 2-3 tbsp. of water, ideally with a matcha broom or a milk frother.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and lime and cut off each one slice of the other half.
- Put ice cubes into a glass, then add the lemon and lime juice, the raspberry syrup and the spirulina mix.
- Fill the glass up with ice cold water, stir and garnish with fresh lemon and lime slice. Dried orange slices can also be used as an alternative garnish
Matcha Tonic
You need:
- 1 tsp. organic mizu matcha
- 200 ml tonic water - store bought or made with tonic syrup
- chamomile flowers
How it’s done:
- Mix matcha with 2-3 tbsp. hot water (ideally with a matcha broom or milk frother). Let it cool down.
- Put ice cubes into a glass and add tonic water, but leave enough room for the matcha mix.
- Slowly pour the matcha mix into it and garnish with chamomile flowers.
If you don't like matcha, you could use an espresso shot for the drink and cacao nibs as garnish instead
