Aroundtown once again achieves outstanding performance in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) and therefore stays included in the Dow Jones ESG index, which includes top 20% companies in Europe. This performance places Aroundtown thus in the top 6% of real estate companies (including real estate investment trusts) worldwide.
Am 19. Dezember wird Aroundtown SA in den Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Europe aufgenommen. Wie von S&P Dow Jones Indices angekündigt, wird Aroundtown ab dem 3. Mai 2021 in den S&P Europe 350 ESG Index aufgenommen. Aroundtown beschäftigt einen eigenen registrierten Imker, der seit dem Frühjahr 2020 bereits 18 Wirtschaftsvölker und 9 Jungvölker auf den Dächern der Gewerbeobjekte der Aroundtown in und um Berlin angesiedelt hat.
