Die TERTIA Berufsförderungs GmbH & Co. KG ist neuer Mieter im Kapweg. Nachdem das Expertenteam von Aroundtown bereits einen langfristigen Mietvertrag über 3.900 m² abgeschlossen hat, wird mit dem neuen Mieter TERTIA nun eine Vollvermietung des Bürohauses erzielt.

Das siebenstöckige Gebäude verfügt über insgesamt rund 18.000 m² Bürofläche, die flexibel und individuell gestaltbar sind. Zudem gibt es 182 Tiefgaragenstellplätze.

Das Bürogebäude gehört zum Portfolio der TLG Immobilien AG, einem Tochterunternehmen von Aroundtown. Es befindet sich im Norden von Berlin im Kapweg 3-5 in 13405 Berlin mit sehr guter Infrastruktur, dem nahegelegenen Einkaufszentrum „Der Clou“ und direkter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und die Autobahn.

Der neue Mieter TERTIA bietet bundesweit Dienstleitungen für den Arbeitsmarkt mit den Kernkompetenzen Arbeit, Bildung und Coaching an und hat über rund 150 Standorte in 14 Bundesländern.

TERTIA und die weiteren Mieter profitieren zukünftig nicht nur von Lage und Ausstattung des Bürogebäudes, sondern auch vom umfassenden Mieterservice: Persönliche Ansprechpartner sind vor Ort. Full occupancy for office building in Kapweg in Berlin

New tenants benefit from location, amenities and comprehensive tenant services

TERTIA Berufsförderungs GmbH & Co. KG is the new tenant in Kapweg. After Aroundtown's team of experts had already concluded a long-term lease for 3,900 sqm, the office building is now fully let with the new tenant TERTIA.

The seven-story building has a total of approximately 18,000 sqm of office space, which can be flexibly and individually designed. There are also 182 underground parking spaces.

The office building is part of the portfolio of TLG Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown. It is located in the north of Berlin at Kapweg 3-5 in 13405 Berlin with very good infrastructure, the nearby shopping center "Der Clou" and direct access to public transport and the highway.

The new tenant TERTIA offers nationwide services for the job market with the core competencies of employment, education and coaching and has over 150 locations in 14 federal states.

In the future, TERTIA and the other tenants will benefit not only from the location and amenities of the office building, but also from the comprehensive tenant service: personal contact persons are available on site. In addition, the employees in the in-house, central service center are available to all commercial tenants - every day, around the clock, even on weekends and holidays: via WhatsApp chat, via email and also by telephone.
