Successful letting of approx. 2,000 sqm for Aroundtown at prime location in Amsterdam: Long-term full occupancy secured in office building Cuserstraat 93 in Amsterdam

Aroundtown has successfully secured long-term full occupancy for its premises at Cuserstraat 93 in Amsterdam. Regus has extended its lease for approximately 1,500 sqm and the new tenant Rechtstaete will move into approximately 500 sqm of office space on the first floor. This means that the office building is fully let for the long term.

The four-story building offers a total of 2,000 sqm of office space, along with 20 parking spaces in the basement parking garage and a further 26 outdoor parking spaces. The property is located in Amsterdam Zuid, near the city's main business district, the Zuidas. The building is a short walk from a bus station served by several routes, connecting it to the wider Amsterdam public transport network. In addition, it is conveniently located near the ramp to the A10 highway, which surrounds all of Amsterdam and provides easy access to all of the city's inner and outer suburbs. The surrounding area consists mainly of a mix of housing and offices, with the immediate area consisting mainly of offices. The building is also BREEAM certified, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and environmental standards.

Aroundtown heeft met succes voor een langdurige volledige bezetting zorg gedragen voor haar pand aan de Cuserstraat 93 in Amsterdam. Regus heeft haar huurcontract voor ca. 1.500 m² verlengd en de nieuwe huurder Rechtstaete neemt haar intrek op ca. 500 m² kantoorruimte op de begane grond. Hiermee is het kantoorgebouw volledig en voor lange tijd verhuurd.

Het vier verdiepingen tellende gebouw biedt in totaal 2.000 m² kantoorruimte, samen met 20 parkeerplaatsen in de parkeerkelder en nog eens 26 buitenparkeerplaatsen. Het pand ligt in Amsterdam Zuid, vlakbij het belangrijkste zakendistrict van de stad, de Zuidas. Het gebouw ligt op korte loopafstand van een busstation dat wordt bediend door verschillende routes, die het verbinden met het bredere Amsterdamse openbaarvervoernetwerk. Bovendien is het gunstig gelegen bij de oprit van de snelweg A10, die heel Amsterdam omringt en gemakkelijke toegang biedt tot alle binnen- en buitenwijken van de stad.
