Aroundtown erweitert das Service-Angebot für alle Gewerbemieter in Deutschland und bietet nun eine telefonische Rund-um-die-Uhr-Erreichbarkeit im zentralen hauseigenen Service-Center – zusätzlich zu den weiterhin bestehenden Service-Angeboten regional und vor Ort. Aroundtown ist das bisher einzige Gewerbeimmobilienunternehmen, das seinen Kunden eine so umfassende Service-Erreichbarkeit bietet.

Damit haben Gewerbemieter, zusätzlich zum persönlichen Service vor Ort, eine weitere professionelle Anlaufstelle auch außerhalb der üblichen Geschäftszeiten sowie am Wochenende und an Feiertagen. Available around the clock and TÜV-certified: Commercial tenants at Aroundtown now benefit from expanded service offering

Aroundtown is expanding its service offering for all commercial tenants in Germany and now offers round-the-clock telephone availability at its central in-house service center - in addition to the existing regional and on-site service offerings. Aroundtown is the only commercial landlord to date to offer such comprehensive service accessibility to its customers.

This gives commercial tenants a further professional point of contact outside normal business hours, as well as at weekends and on public holidays, in addition to the personal on-site service. The trained service team is available to all commercial tenants around the clock at +49 30 221 835 400, takes their concerns in a qualified manner and passes them on to the relevant specialist department.
