Aroundtown hat mit der Neuvermietung an REWE einen langfristigen Ankermieter im Marktplatz Center Hellersdorf in Berlin gewonnen. Der Mietvertrag über rund 3.700 m² Einzelhandelsfläche wurde langfristig abgeschlossen. Diese Neuvermietung legt den Grundstein für die Revitalisierung des Marktplatz Centers Hellersdorf im Berliner Bezirk Marzahn-Hellersdorf. Der Einzelhandelsbereich des Marktplatz Centers Hellersdorf in der Stendaler Straße 24 wird in seiner neuen Ausrichtung rund 16.000 m² Einzelhandelsfläche umfassen mit ca. 25 Mietern. Die zentrale Lage und die gute Erreichbarkeit durch den öffentlichen Nahverkehr machen das Center zu einem wichtigen Nahversorgungsstandort. REWE as new anchor tenant in Berlin's Marktplatz Center Hellersdorf: Successful new letting by Aroundtown as the cornerstone of the centre's revitalization

With the new letting to REWE, Aroundtown has gained a long-term anchor tenant in the Marktplatz Center Hellersdorf in Berlin. The lease agreement for around 3,700 sqm of retail space has been signed for a long-term period. This new lease lays the foundation for the revitalisation of the Marktplatz Center Hellersdorf in the Berlin district of Marzahn-Hellersdorf. With this success, Aroundtown is reaffirming its commitment to the further development of the centre and the sustainable strengthening of the location.

The retail area of the Marktplatz Center Hellersdorf at Stendaler Straße 24 will comprise around 16,000 sqm of retail space with approximately 25 tenants in its new alignment. The central location and good accessibility by public transport make the centre an important local supply location. In addition, there are sufficient parking spaces available for visitors in the centre's own car park.

The new REWE store is part of a comprehensive revitalisation concept that includes the modernisation of the ground floor and upper floor areas. The aim is to make the centre more attractive to visitors by offering a range of goods and services for daily needs that are tailored to the needs of customers, and to enhance the quality of the visitor experience through an appealing design and a varied gastronomic offering.
