"Office Tower 31" erhält BREEAM-Zertifizierung und neuen Mieter: Aroundtown vermietet Top-Etage in grünem Bürogebäude in Hannover langfristig
Ein Doppelerfolg für Aroundtown’s Experten in den Bereichen Vermietung und Nachhaltigkeit: Der "Office Tower 31" wurde mit dem BREEAM-Zertifikat für grüne Gebäude ausgezeichnet. Zudem wurden die Büroräume in der Top-Etage langfristig vermietet.
Mit 17 Stockwerken und einer Höhe von 68 Metern ist das Bürogebäude eines der höchsten Gebäude in Hannover und befindet sich im Zentrum der niedersächsischen Landeshauptstadt. Es gehört zum Portfolio von Aroundtown, einem der größten Immobilienunternehmen in Europa. Die Zertifizierung des Gebäudes ist ein weiterer Schritt in Richtung eines grünen und umweltbewussten Gewerbeimmobilienportfolios.
Das moderne multi-tenant Bürogebäude ist in Form und Höhe einzigartig am Standort. Es wurde umfangreich modernisiert und bietet neben einem künstlerisch gestalteten Foyer mit 24/7 besetztem Empfang individuell gestaltbare Büroflächen für die Mieter.
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) ist ein weltweit anerkanntes Zertifizierungssystem für grüne Gebäude. Es misst die Umweltauswirkungen und die Nachhaltigkeit von Immobilien. Aroundtown hat den Prozess zur Erlangung der Green-Building-Zertifizierung für sein deutsches Büroportfolio erfolgreich eingeleitet. Die jüngste Verleihung des BREEAM-Zertifikats für den "Office Tower 31" unterstreicht dieses Engagement. Weitere Objekte im deutschen Portfolio, unter anderem in Berlin, Frankfurt, Leipzig und Kassel, sind bereits nach BREEAM oder DNGB zertifiziert. "Office Tower 31” secures BREEAM certification and new tenant
Aroundtown leases top floor of green office building in Hanover for the long-term
A double success for Aroundtown's experts in leasing and sustainability: The "Office Tower 31" has been awarded the BREEAM certificate for green buildings. In addition, the office space on the top floor has been leased on a long-term basis.
With 17 floors and a height of 68 meters, the office building is one of the tallest buildings in Hanover and is located in the center of Lower Saxony's capital. It is a part of the portfolio of Aroundtown, one of the largest real estate firms in Europe. The certification of the building marks another step towards a green and environmentally conscious business property portfolio.
The modern multi-tenant office building is unique at the location in terms of shape and height. It was extensively modernized and, in addition to an artistically designed foyer with a 24/7 reception desk, offers tenants office space that can be individually designed.
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a globally acknowledged green building certification system. It gauges the environmental impact and sustainability of properties. Aroundtown has successfully initiated the process of gaining green building certifications for its German office portfolio. The recent awarding of the BREEAM certification to "Office Tower 31" validates this commitment. More properties within the German portfolio, located among others in Berlin, Frankfurt, Leipzig, and Kassel, are already BREEAM or DNGB certified. Efforts for obtaining more green building certifications are currently in progress.
