Der Bürocampus an der Gutleutstraße 112-138 in Frankfurt am Main wurde erfolgreich BREEAM-zertifiziert. Diese Auszeichnung bestätigt die hohen Standards des Immobilienunternehmens Aroundtown im Bereich der nachhaltigen und umweltfreundlichen Gebäudegestaltung. BREEAM zählt zu den weltweit führenden Bewertungssystemen für nachhaltige Gebäude und legt besonderen Wert auf die Reduzierung des ökologischen Fußabdrucks sowie auf zukunftsorientierte Bau- und Betriebsstrategien.
Der rund 88.000 m² umfassende Bürocampus besteht aus mehreren modernen Bürogebäuden und einem historischen Backsteinbau an der Gutleutstraße. Dank der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof, einem eigenen öffentlichen Parkhaus und einer guten Verkehrsanbindung verfügt der Campus über eine optimale Erreichbarkeit. Die Gebäude bieten flexible Raumlösungen und sind langfristig an verschiedene Behörden und Einrichtungen des Landes Hessen vermietet.
Mit der BREEAM-Zertifizierung des Frankfurter Bürocampus unterstreicht Aroundtown erneut das starke Engagement für nachhaltige Immobilien. Sustainability at Frankfurt Central Station: Aroundtown office campus receives BREEAM certification
The office campus at Gutleutstrasse 112-138 in Frankfurt am Main has been successfully BREEAM-certified. This certificate confirms Aroundtown's high standards in the area of sustainable and environmentally friendly building design. BREEAM is one of the world's leading assessment systems for sustainable buildings and places particular emphasis on reducing the ecological footprint and on future-orientated construction and operating strategies.
The 88,000 sqm office campus consists of several modern office buildings and a historic brick building on Gutleutstrasse. Thanks to its immediate proximity to Frankfurt's main railway station, its own public car park and good transport links, the campus is easily accessible. The buildings offer flexible space solutions and are let on long-term leases to various authorities and institutions of the state of Hesse.
With the BREEAM certification of the Frankfurt office campus, Aroundtown is once again underlining its strong commitment to sustainable properties. The company has already successfully obtained green building certificates for its office portfolios in Frankfurt, Leipzig and Berlin, among others, as well as for all of its Dutch office buildings, and is thus consistently pursuing its strategy of creating an environmentally friendly and sustainable property portfolio.
