Nachhaltige Arbeitsumgebung in Frankfurts Zentrum bei Aroundtown: Büroturm erhält BREEAM-Zertifizierung

Das Bürogebäude "FBC - Frankfurter Büro Center" in der Mainzer Landstraße 40-46 in Frankfurt am Main wurde mit einem BREEAM-Zertifikat ausgezeichnet und unterstreicht damit das Engagement von Aroundtown für Nachhaltigkeit.

Der 140 Meter hohe Büroturm verfügt über 40 Geschosse und befindet sich in Toplage im Herzen des Frankfurter Bankenviertels. Das FBC umfasst insgesamt 43.000 m² Bürofläche, einen Kindergarten und mehr als 500 Parkplätze sowie 450 überdachte Fahrradstellplätze. Der Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof sowie S-, U- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Objekts.

Die BREEAM-Zertifizierung des FBC ist ein weiterer Schritt in der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie von Aroundtown. Sustainable working environment in Frankfurt's city centre at Aroundtown: Office tower receives BREEAM certification

The "FBC - Frankfurter Büro Center" office building at Mainzer Landstrasse 40-46 in Frankfurt am Main has been awarded a BREEAM certification, underlining Aroundtown’s commitment to sustainability.

The 140 metre high office tower has 40 floors and is in a prime location in the heart of Frankfurt's banking district. The FBC comprises a total of 43,000 sqm of office space, a kindergarten and more than 500 car parking spaces as well as 450 covered bicycle parking spaces. Frankfurt's main train station as well as S-Bahn, underground and tram stops are in the immediate vicinity of the property.

The BREEAM certification of the FBC is a further step in Aroundtown's sustainability strategy.
