Maintained full occupancy for office building in Utrecht: Aroundtown prolongates lease with municipality tenant BIJ12 (Interprovinciaal Overleg)

Aroundtown renews the lease for the office building located at Leidseveer 2-12 in Utrecht, NL. The municipal tenant, BIJ12, has prolonged their occupancy of 1,400 sqm on the ground floor. With the renewal, the office building remains fully let. BIJ12 is part of the Interprovincial Consultation Association.

Due to its central location and close proximity to the central train station, the property offers excellent connectivity via public transport and direct access to the historic city center of Utrecht. Additionally, 129 parking units are available. The building features units of various sizes on a total of 12,000 sqm.

Aroundtown verlengt de huur van het kantoorgebouw aan het Leidseveer 2-12 in Utrecht. De gemeentelijke huurder, BIJ12, heeft zijn huur van 1.400 m² op de begane grond verlengd. Met de verlenging blijft het kantoorgebouw volledig verhuurd. BIJ12 maakt deel uit van de Interprovinciale Overleg vereniging.

Door de centrale ligging en de nabijheid van het Centraal Station biedt het pand een uitstekende verbinding met het openbaar vervoer en directe toegang tot de historische binnenstad van Utrecht.
