University Medical Center Mainz moves into the Bonifazius Towers

The University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz is leasing around 1,700 m² over three floors and an archive area in the Bonifazius Towers in downtown Mainz for 10 years. The direct and long-term follow-on lease in the centrally located complex is a leasing success for Aroundtown's experts.

The two Bonifazius towers, which are over 80 meters high, have a total of over 30,000 m² of office space spread over 23 floors. They offer flexible floor plans for use as individual offices, combined solutions or open-plan offices. An underground parking garage connects the two towers.

The Bonifazius Towers are among the largest commercial properties in Mainz and are a prominent feature of the cityscape. The well-known landmark property is centrally located in downtown Mainz, right next to Mainz main train station.
