Aroundtown achieves a long-term letting success with Deutsche Bahn AG for the Trigon Office building at Wiener Platz 6 in Dresden.

Aroundtown also secured two long-term lease extensions in the same property, Euro-Schulen being one of the tenants. These lease extensions emphasise the attractiveness of the Trigon Office as a location.

This means that the building is almost fully let in the long term.
