Die TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, eine Tochtergesellschaft von Aroundtown, hat mit dem Lebensversicherungskonzern Standard Life einen langfristigen Mietvertrag über ca. 2.000 m² Bürofläche im Astropark in Frankfurt-Niederrad abgeschlossen. Das Unternehmen verlegt somit nach knapp 20 Jahren seinen Firmensitz innerhalb des Lyoner Quartiers.

Der Astropark im Frankfurter Stadtteil Niederrad nicht weit vom südlichen Mainufer ist verkehrsgünstig sehr gut gelegen und bietet eine schnelle Erreichbarkeit in die Frankfurter City, zur Messe, zum Flughafen und zur A5. Long-term new lease at Astropark in Frankfurt/Main

TLG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown, wins Standard Life for approx. 2,000 sqm in Astropark in the Lyoner Quartier

TLG IMMOBILIEN AG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown, has signed a long-term lease with life insurance group Standard Life for approximately 2,000 sqm of office space in Astropark in Frankfurt-Niederrad. The company is thus relocating its headquarters within the Lyon Quarter after almost 20 years.

Astropark in Frankfurt's Niederrad district, not far from the southern bank of the Main, is conveniently located and offers quick access to Frankfurt city center, the trade fair, the airport and the A5 motorway. With its striking, star-shaped architecture, embedded in park-like greenery, the location in the Lyoner Quartier offers optimal space for national and international companies and impresses with its prestigious lobby, 24/7 reception, café-bar and lunch restaurant. Tenants also benefit from high-quality furnishings and fittings. The property is LEED Gold certified. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the most widely used certification process in the world. Green building certificates have become very important for the market.
