Aroundtown hat erfolgreich den Mietvertrag mit der tbm hightech control GmbH im Bürokomplex „Next Office“ an der Karl-Hammerschmidt-Straße 32-42 verlängert. Der Vertrag sichert den Verbleib des auf Sicherheitssysteme für die Intralogistik spezialisierten Hightech-Unternehmens langfristig am Standort, der sich in der Nähe zur Messe München befindet.

Das „Next Office“ in Aschheim-Dornach ist ein Bürogebäude mit etwa 47.000 m². Long-term lease extension at ‘Next Office’ near Messe Munich: tbm hightech control GmbH remains in the sustainable office building

Aroundtown has successfully extended the lease with tbm hightech control GmbH in the ‘Next Office’ office complex at Karl-Hammerschmidt-Straße 32-42. The contract ensures that the high-tech company, which specialises in security systems for intralogistics, will remain at the location long term, which is close to the Messe München trade fair centre.

The ‘Next Office’ in Aschheim-Dornach is an office building with around 47,000 sqm. The property is characterised by the flexible floor plan design of the office units and offers a variety of amenities. In addition to car and bicycle parking spaces in the outdoor area and in the underground car park, tenants also have access to a fitness centre and a range of gastronomic services directly in the building. The desire for electrified car parking spaces can also be met. The X-shaped building accommodates a diverse tenant structure from various sectors – from high-tech companies to fitness studios and event organisers. ‘Next Office‘ is conveniently located in Aschheim-Dornach, with quick access to the A94 motorway, Munich city centre, Munich International Airport and the exhibition grounds.
