Mit der Neuvermietung von rund 1.120 m² Bürofläche an die BEWIDATA Unternehmensberatung und EDV-Service GmbH schließt Aroundtown einen langfristigen Mietvertrag über 15 Jahre. Aroundtown erreicht eine unmittelbare Nachvermietung und somit Vollvermietung des Gebäudes in der Isaac-Fulda-Allee 9 in Mainz.
Der Bürokomplex gehört zum Portfolio der TLG Immobilien AG, einer Tochtergesellschaft von Aroundtown. Er befindet sich nahe der Mainzer Universität im Gewerbegebiet Kisselberg, wo viele große und renommierte Unternehmen ansässig sind. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich auch das Fußballstadion des 1. FSV Mainz 05.

Long-term fully leased office property in Mainz:
Established management consultancy leases for 15 years
With the new lease of approximately 1,120 m² of office space to the management consultancy BEWIDATA Unternehmensberatung und EDV-Service GmbH, Aroundtown concluded a long-term lease agreement for 15 years. Aroundtown achieves immediate re-letting and thus full occupancy of the building at Isaac-Fulda-Allee 9 in Mainz.
The office complex is part of the portfolio of TLG Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of Aroundtown. It is located close to Mainz University in the Kisselberg business park, where many large and renowned companies are based. The soccer stadium of 1. FSV Mainz 05 is also located in the immediate neighborhood.
The location offers optimal connections to public transportation and the road network. Mainz main train station is four kilometers away and can be reached by public transportation within less than 15 minutes.
