IGEN leases around 1,000 sqm in office building ‘Say Building Amsterdam’ from Aroundtown

Aroundtown has successfully leased office space at John M Keynesplein 27 in Amsterdam to IGEN Solutions, a marketing agency. The new tenant will occupy approximately 1,000 sqm on the first floor of the building.

The property is located in Rieker Business Park (RBP), a further growing office area that includes offices as well as amenities such as a hotel and conference center. The 8,000 sqm office property in the Amsterdam Nieuw-West business district is ideally situated near the A10 and A4 motorways, providing excellent connectivity to Amsterdam and the Randstad region, the economic heart of the Netherlands. The four-story building also offers parking spaces in both an underground car park and on a parking deck. A communal reception area is available to manage and welcome visitors. The office building is BREEAM certified. BREEAM is one of the leading sustainability certifications.
