Erfolgreiche Neuvermietungen für gemischt genutzte Flächen im Münchner Norden
Aroundtown, Europas drittgrößtes Immobilienunternehmen, schließt langfristige Mietverträge mit zwei namhaften Unternehmen für das Pegasus Center in der Gutenbergstraße 5 in Unterschleißheim ab.
Die jüngsten Vermietungserfolge unterstreichen die Attraktivität des Standorts mit optimaler Erreichbarkeit und flexibler Mischnutzung für Büro-, Service- und Lagerflächen vor den Toren Münchens.
Ein Bestandsmieter erweitert seine Flächen um weitere ca. 1.650 m². Mit einer Verpackungsdruckerei, einem mittelständischen, familiengeführten Unternehmen mit über 75-jähriger Tradition, wurde ein Mietvertrag über ca. 2.620 m² Büro- und Lagerfläche abgeschlossen.

Successful new leases for mixed-use space in the north of Munich
Aroundtown, Europe's third largest real estate company, signs long-term leases with two well-known companies for the Pegasus Center at Gutenbergstrasse 5 in Unterschleißheim.
These recent leasing successes underscore the attractiveness of the location with optimal accessibility and flexible mixed-use space for use as offices, service and warehouse space just outside Munich.
An already existing tenant is expanding its space by an additional approx. 1,650 m². With a packaging printing house, a medium-sized, family-run company with more than 75 years of tradition, a lease agreement for approx. 2,620 m² of office and warehouse space has been concluded.
The Pegasus-Center is a multifunctional property with a high recognition value. Two parts of the building are connected by an attached parking garage. All areas can be accessed from all floors, also from the parking deck. Due to its structural requirements, the property is suitable for a variety of uses: Efficient office, service, production and storage areas can be accommodated under one roof. The location is enjoying increasing demand with attractive conditions and optimal connections to Munich via the A 9 and A 92 freeways as well as bus and suburban rail.
