Aroundtown hat erfolgreich eine Neuvermietung in der Hohenzollernstraße 24 in Essen abgeschlossen und als Neumieter einen relevanten Player in der IT- und Telekommunikationsbranche gewonnen. Der langfristige Mietvertrag für die großflächige Bürofläche umfasst eine Gesamtfläche fast 11.000 m² und ist der bislang größte Mietvertragsabschluss für Büroflächen in der Metropolregion Ruhr in diesem Jahr. Das gesamte Objekt bleibt somit langfristig vollvermietet.

Largest lease agreement in the Ruhr metropolitan region: Aroundtown signs new long-term lease for approximately 11,000 sqm of office space at Hohenzollernstraße 24 in Essen

Aroundtown has successfully secured a new tenant at Hohenzollernstraße 24 in Essen, bringing on board a significant player in the IT and telecommunications industry. The long-term lease for the extensive office space covers a total of nearly 11,000 m², marking the largest office lease transaction in the Ruhr metropolitan region this year. The entire property will remain fully leased on a long-term basis.

Cushman & Wakefield was exclusively mandated by the tenant and acted as an advisor throughout the process.

The office building is situated in the desirable southern district of Essen, in close proximity to the main train station, offering excellent access to the city’s transport network. It boasts modern amenities, including an on-site canteen available to tenants.

Despite the challenging market environment, Aroundtown succeeded in attracting a well-known and long-term tenant, underscoring the property’s appeal and quality.
