Gemeinsam stark: Aroundtown Foundation unterstützt Ambulanten Kinder- und Jugendhospizdienst in Düsseldorf
Die Aroundtown Foundation unterstützt den Ambulanten Kinder- und Jugendhospizdienst Düsseldorf finanziell. Die Spende fließt in verschiedene Projekte und ermöglicht darüber hinaus die Anschaffung eines Dienstfahrrades und von Sitzkissen für die Kinder.
Der Ambulante Kinder- und Jugendhospizdienst Düsseldorf besteht seit 2007 und leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Unterstützung von Familien mit lebensverkürzt oder lebensbedrohlich erkrankten Kindern und Jugendlichen. Da rund 75 Prozent der laufenden Kosten durch Spenden gedeckt werden müssen, ist die finanzielle Unterstützung durch Organisationen wie die Aroundtown Foundation von entscheidender Bedeutung. Derzeit begleitet und unterstützt der Dienst mehr als 30 Familien mit Hilfe von rund 60 ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeitern und drei hauptamtlichen Koordinatoren.
Die Unterstützung der Aroundtown Foundation spiegelt einmal mehr die Werte und Ziele wider, für welche die Foundation steht - in diesem Fall für ein Projekt im Kinder- und Jugendbereich.
Über die Aroundtown Foundation
Die Aroundtown Foundation wurde 2018 gegründet. Die Stiftung übernimmt gesellschaftliche Verantwortung und setzt sich gezielt und pragmatisch für Projekte und Institutionen im nachbarschaftlichen Umfeld des Portfolios ein. Strong together: Aroundtown Foundation supports outpatient hospice service for children and young people in Düsseldorf
The Aroundtown Foundation provides financial support to the Outpatient Children's and Youth Hospice Service in Düsseldorf. The donation goes towards various projects and also enables the purchase of a service bicycle and seat cushions for children.
The organization of the Outpatient Children's and Youth Hospice Service in Düsseldorf has been in existence since 2007 and makes an important contribution to supporting families with children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening illnesses. Given that around 75% of running costs have to be covered by donations, financial help from organizations such as the Aroundtown Foundation is crucial. The service currently accompanies and supports more than 30 families with the help of around 60 volunteers and three full-time coordinators.
This support from the Aroundtown Foundation once again reflects the values and goals that the Foundation stands for, in this case a project in the children and youth sector.
