Aroundtown ist jetzt Mitglied des Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Europe
Am 19. Dezember wird Aroundtown SA in den Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Europe aufgenommen. Dies unterstreicht die führende Rolle von Aroundtown im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit auf dem europäischen Markt und erweitert Aroundtowns starke Präsenz in ESG-Indizes wie dem DAX 50 ESG Index, dem S&P Europe 350 ESG Index, dem STOXX Global ESG-X Select Dividend 100 und den GPR Green Indizes.
Die Kriterien für die Aufnahme in den DJSI basieren größtenteils auf der Bewertung des S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), wobei Unternehmen aus allen Sektoren bewertet werden. Die besten 20 % der Unternehmen in Europa werden in den Index aufgenommen. Die Aufnahme von Aroundtown in diesen Index spiegelt das starke Engagement für höchste Nachhaltigkeitsstandards wider.
Die S&P Dow Jones-Indizes sind eine der weltweit führenden Quellen für Benchmarks und investierbare Indizes und gelten weithin als unverzichtbar für die Verfolgung der Marktentwicklung, die Bewertung von Portfolios und die Entwicklung von Investitionsstrategien.
Die erfolgreiche Aufnahme in den DJSI ist ein weiterer Meilenstein im Nachhaltigkeitsprogramm der Gruppe, in dem Aroundtown die hohe Sustainalytics-Bewertung beibehält während immer mehr Unternehmen aufgenommen werden. Aroundtown gehört nun zu den besten 5 % weltweit über alle Branchen hinweg und zu den besten 15 % im Immobilienbereich. Sustainability leader in the European market:
Aroundtown is now member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Europe
From 19th December, Aroundtown SA will be a constituent of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Europe, underlining Aroundtown as a sustainability leader in the European market and further adding to the strong visibility in ESG indices such as DAX 50 ESG Index, S&P Europe 350 ESG Index, STOXX Global ESG-X Select Dividend 100, and GPR Green Indices.
The criteria for inclusion to DJSI is largely based on the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) score, with companies from across all sectors scoring. The top 20% companies in Europe are included in the index. Aroundtown being part of it reflects on the strong commitment to the highest standards of sustainability.
The S&P Dow Jones indices are one of the world’s leading resources for benchmarks and investable indices and are widely considered indispensable in tracking market performance, evaluating portfolios, and developing investment strategies.
This successful inclusion to DJSI also marks another milestone in the Group’s sustainability program where Aroundtown maintains its strong Sustainalytics score as increasingly more companies join the rated universe, with Aroundtown now ranking among the top 5% globally across all industries and the top 15% across real estate. Aroundtown received the EPRA BPR Gold award for the 6th time and the EPRA sBPR Gold award for the 5th consecutive time, validating the highest standards of financial transparency and sustainability reporting.
