Successful new letting for Aroundtown in Frankfurt
Renowned institution moves into Olof-Palme-Strasse on long-term lease
Aroundtown has successfully leased around 4,000 sqm at Olof-Palme-Strasse 35 in Frankfurt am Main to a renowned institution.
The office building meets high environmental standards and was recently awarded the BREEAM certificate, one of the world's leading certification systems for green buildings.
The office property is conveniently located in the north of Frankfurt. It is near a highway intersection with direct access to downtown Frankfurt and the well-developed highway network. The property is also in close proximity to the Riedberg campus of the Goethe University. Another plus point of the property is the canteen in the building, which is available to all tenants.
Aroundtown provides the new tenant with comprehensive tenant services, including personal contacts on site and a central 24/7 service center with trained staff who are available to commercial tenants around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Aroundtown is the only company in the commercial real estate sector to offer such a comprehensive tenant service.
