BREEAM certification for ibis Styles Berlin Treptow: Sustainability for hotel on the banks of the Spree in Berlin

Aroundtown is receiving BREEAM certification for the ibis Styles Berlin Treptow, Spreestraße 14, thereby expanding the sustainable hotel portfolio in the Berlin area. The newly renovated hotel, which was modernised in 2022, is characterised by its distinctive design and special Berlin flair. With 126 rooms, it offers guests a vibrant, colourful environment – inspired by the colours of Berlin, such as BVG yellow and 1. FC Union red.

The hotel is located in the district of Treptow-Köpenick, just a few steps from Schöneweide train station. Thanks to the connection to the ‘Stubenrauchstraße’ motorway exit and the proximity to BER Airport, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, it is ideal for travellers looking for a central, well-connected location.
