Das Wyndham Garden Wismar in der Bellevue 15 in Gägelow hat die BREEAM-Zertifizierung erhalten und stärkt damit Aroundtowns nachhaltiges Immobilienportfolio im Ostsee-Raum. Nur wenige Minuten von den Stränden der Ostsee entfernt, empfängt das moderne 4-Sterne-Hotel Gäste mit 177 Zimmern, die ein maritimes Flair vermitteln. BREEAM certification for the Wyndham Garden Wismar: Sustainable comfort at the Baltic Sea

The Wyndham Garden Wismar at Bellevue 15 in Gägelow has received BREEAM certification, thereby strengthening Aroundtown's sustainable real estate portfolio in the Baltic Sea region. Just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beaches, the modern 4-star hotel welcomes guests with 177 rooms that convey a maritime flair. The two-storey building complex includes a spacious swimming and spa area as well as a newly equipped conference and event area that can accommodate up to 350 people.

Located near the Hanseatic city of Wismar and the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen, the hotel is an ideal starting point for beach visits, water sports and North German recreation. The coastal landscapes and traditional beach chairs can be reached in a few minutes by car.
