Bonifazius-Türme: Stadt Mainz erweitert Flächen und wird ein Hauptmieter
Aroundtown erreicht langfristigen Mietvertrag über insgesamt 10.000 m² im Landmark-Objekt im Stadtzentrum von Mainz
Die Stadt Mainz erweitert ihre bestehenden Flächen in den Bonifazius-Türmen um 4.000 m² auf insgesamt knapp 10.000 m². Damit bindet Aroundtown die Stadt Mainz langfristig über 10 Jahre in dem stadtweit bekannten Landmark-Objekt in zentraler Innenstadtlage neben dem Mainzer Hauptbahnhof. Die Stadt Mainz wird mit der Flächenerweiterung einer von zwei Hauptmietern in dem Bürogebäude in Top-Lage, das annähernd vollvermietet ist. Die Bonifazius-Türme zählen zu den größten Gewerbeimmobilien in Mainz und prägen das Stadtbild.
Die Bonifazius-Türme in zentraler Mainzer Innenstadtlage verfügen über 30.000 m² Bürofläche verteilt auf 23 Etagen. Die beiden über 80m hohen Bonifazius-Türme in der Rhabanusstraße 3 und der Erthalstraße 2 in 55118 Mainz liegen direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof Mainz. Dort verkehren zahlreiche Fernzüge, Regionalbahnen sowie S-Bahnen. Auf dem Bahnhofsvorplatz befinden sich Haltepunkte für Busse und Straßenbahnen. Bonifazius Towers: City of Mainz expands space and becomes a major tenant
Aroundtown reaches long-term lease agreement for a total of 10,000 sqm in the landmark property in the prime center of Mainz
The city of Mainz is expanding its existing space in the Bonifazius Towers by 4,000 sqm to a total of almost 10,000 sqm. This means Aroundtown is committing the city of Mainz to a long-term 10 years lease in the landmark property, which is known throughout the city and is centrally located in the city center next to the central train station of Mainz. With the space expansion, the city of Mainz becomes one of two main tenants in the prime-location office building, which is nearly fully leased. The Bonifazius Towers are among the largest commercial properties in Mainz and are a prominent feature of the cityscape.
The Bonifazius Towers in a central downtown Mainz location have over 30,000 sqm of office space spread over 23 floors. The two more than 80m high Bonifazius Towers at Rhabanusstraße 3 and Erthalstraße 2 in 55118 Mainz are located directly next to Mainz Central Station. Numerous long-distance trains, regional trains and suburban trains run there. On the station forecourt there are stops for buses and streetcars.
