In den neuen Flächen wird die IT des Bezirks Oberbayern GmbH – eine Tochtergesellschaft des Bezirks Oberbayern und der Kliniken des Bezirks Oberbayern – einziehen, die zuvor an den Standorten Lehel und Haar tätig war. Mit klarem Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit durch einen maßgeschneiderten Ausbau der Flächen ist es Aroundtown gelungen, den neuen Mieter langfristig für 15 Jahre zu binden.

Aroundtown is leasing around 1,500 m² of office space at Dornacher Strasse 3 in Feldkirchen near Munich to IT des Bezirks Oberbayern GmbH for 15 years. The new space will be occupied by IT des Bezirks Oberbayern GmbH - a subsidiary of the district of Upper Bavaria and the clinics of the district of Upper Bavaria - which previously operated at the Lehel and Haar locations. With a clear focus on customer satisfaction through a customized build-out of the space, Aroundtown has succeeded in securing the long-term commitment of the new tenant for 15 years.

The modern building at Dornacher Strasse 3, 3a-d in Feldkirchen has a total of approx. 24,400 m² of office space with very efficient floor plans distributed over three upper floors.
