Aroundtown has successfully extended its lease with VINCORION Advanced Systems GmbH at Feldstraße 155 in Wedel outside of Hamburg on a long-term basis. This lease extension ensures that the company continues to secure 28,300 sqm at this central production and administrative location.

VINCORION is a leading technology company specialising in innovative energy systems for safety-critical applications, including generators, electric motors and drives, power units, power electronics and hybrid energy systems. The industrial complex in Wedel, with specialised production, storage and office space as well as workshops, is located in an established industrial area. The location offers optimal conditions for VINCORION, as the company has its headquarters here and benefits from tailored facilities such as a company canteen. The contract extension underlines the attractiveness of the location and the tenant's confidence in the continued cooperation with Aroundtown.
