Aroundtown hat erfolgreich eine Neuvermietung in Frankfurt am Main abgeschlossen und die Regionale Diakonie in Hessen und Nassau gGmbH als neuen Mieter für das Bürogebäude an der Theodor-Heuss-Allee 108 gewonnen. Der Mietvertrag für die Geschäftsstelle der aktuell 16 Regionen umfassenden Non-Profit Organisation beinhaltet eine Fläche von knapp 1.000 m² und läuft über einen Zeitraum von zehn Jahren. Das Maklerhaus Avison Young hat bei der Neuvermietung unterstützt.

Das Bürogebäude in der City West, einem gefragten Geschäftsviertel im Frankfurter Stadtteil Bockenheim, bietet zahlreiche Vorteile. Aroundtown has successfully concluded a new letting in Frankfurt am Main and gained Regionale Diakonie in Hessen und Nassau gGmbH as a new tenant for the office building at Theodor-Heuss-Allee 108. The lease for the office of the non-profit organisation, which currently comprises 16 regions, covers an area of just under 1,000 sqm and runs for a period of ten years. The estate agent Avison Young provided support with the new letting.

The office building in City West, a sought-after business district in Frankfurt's Bockenheim neighbourhood, offers numerous advantages. It is located directly next to one of Frankfurt's main roads, which ensures excellent connections to both the surrounding motorway system and the city centre. The Frankfurt Trade Fair, one of the city's most important conference centres, is within walking distance. Frankfurt's Westbahnhof railway station is also in the immediate vicinity, as is a tram stop, ensuring excellent accessibility by public transport. The building has more than 160 car parking spaces available to tenants.
