Aroundtown verlängert den bestehenden Mietvertrag mit einem Telekommunikationsunternehmen im Platinum am Sachsendamm 2-7 in Berlin-Schöneberg über rund 1.550 m² für weitere fünf Jahre. Mit der Vertragsverlängerung sichert Aroundtown die Vollvermietung des Multi-Tenant-Objektes langfristig.

Aroundtown extends lease with a telecommunications company for a further 5 years at the office complex Platinum in Berlin

Aroundtown is extending the existing lease agreement with a telecommunications company at Platinum at Sachsendamm 2-7 in Berlin-Schöneberg for around 1,550 sqm for a further five years. This lease prolongation ensures long-term full occupancy of the multi-tenant property.

Platinum, a modern office building in Berlin-Schöneberg, stands out with its striking silver façade. The multi-tenant building has a total of approximately 17k sqm of office space. The property at Sachsendamm 2-7 is centrally located directly on the A 100 city highway with a strong connection to the new BER airport in the south of Berlin in an optimal strategic location.
