Aroundtown hat erfolgreich den Mietvertrag mit einem großen Akteur aus dem Gesundheitssektor im zentral gelegenen Bürogebäude in der Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 20-30 in Leipzig verlängert und damit den bedeutenden Ankermieter gesichert. Die Mietverlängerung umfasst eine Bürofläche von etwa 6.200 m².
Das Objekt in der Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 20-30 befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage in der Innenstadt von Leipzig, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und ist sowohl für Mitarbeiter als auch für Besucher ideal erreichbar. Anchor tenant remains in centrally located property on Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße
Aroundtown has successfully extended the rental agreement with a major player from the healthcare sector in the centrally located office building at 20-30 Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse in Leipzig, thereby securing the key anchor tenant. The lease extension covers office space of around 6,200 sqm.
The property at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 20-30 is in an excellent location in the centre of Leipzig, in the immediate vicinity of the main central train station and is ideally accessible for both employees and visitors. The building offers high-quality office space and has modern facilities and additional amenities that make it an attractive location for well-known companies. The building has also been awarded BREEAM certification as a green and sustainable property, just like numerous Aroundtown office buildings in Germany. The entire Dutch portfolio is also already fully BREEAM-certified.
