Aroundtown verlängert erfolgreich den Mietvertrag mit dem renommierten IT-Unternehmen Fiducia & GAD IT AG über ca. 10.000 m² für weitere fünf Jahre in der Storkower Straße 111 in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. Das Objekt ist damit weiterhin vollständig an einen starken Mieter vermietet und stellt erneut die Asset Management-Qualitäten der Aroundtown unter Beweis, Mieter langfristig zu binden.

Die Storkower Straße 111 ist ein etablierter, innerstädtischer Bürostandort in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. Aroundtown successfully extends the lease agreement with the renowned IT company Fiducia & GAD IT AG for approximately 10,000 sqm for a further five years at Storkower Strasse 111 in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. The property continues to be fully leased to a strong tenant and once again demonstrates Aroundtown's asset management qualities to retain tenants over the long term.

Storkower Strasse 111 is an established, inner-city office location in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. Excellent public transport connections are provided by the Greifswalder Strasse and Landsberger Allee S-Bahn stations, which are within walking distance, two bus lines and several streetcar lines. The Ostbahnhof long-distance train station is about a 10-minute drive from the property, and from here you can reach the new BER airport in about 25 min.
