Die Bonifazius-Türme, zwei prominente Bürogebäude im Herzen der Mainzer Innenstadt, haben die renommierte BREEAM-Zertifizierung erhalten. Diese Auszeichnung unterstreicht Aroundtowns Engagement für ein umweltfreundliches und nachhaltiges Portfolio.
Die beiden Türme, gelegen in der Rhabanusstraße 3 und der Erthalstraße 2, bieten zusammen 30.000 Quadratmeter Bürofläche verteilt auf 23 Stockwerken und haben eine Höhe von 80 Metern. Aroundtown improves sustainability in Mainz: Office Towers receive BREEAM certification
The Bonifazius Towers, two prominent office buildings in the heart of Mainz city center, have received the BREEAM certification. This award underlines Aroundtown's commitment to an environmentally friendly and sustainable portfolio.
The two towers, located at Rhabanusstraße 3 and Erthalstraße 2, together offer over 30,000 sqm of office space spread over 23 floors and have a height of 80 meters. The flexible floor plans of the buildings allow tenants to design offices according to their own wishes and requirements.
