KG hat einen Mietvertrag mit einer festen Laufzeit von zehn Jahren über rund 730 m² in dem achtstöckigen Bürogebäude mit seiner markanten, sternförmigen Architektur abgeschlossen. Der Mietvertrag bestätigt die Attraktivität des Standorts im Lyoner Quartier in Frankfurt-Niederrad. Die 1929 gegründete Firmengruppe Max Bögl ist mit über 6.500 Mitarbeitern an 40 Standorten weltweit und einem Jahresumsatz von rund 2,6 Milliarden Euro eines der größten Bauunternehmen der deutschen Bauindustrie.

KG has signed a lease with a fixed term of ten years for around 730 m² in the eight-storey office building with its striking, star-shaped architecture. The lease confirms the attractiveness of the location in the Lyoner Quartier in Frankfurt-Niederrad. The Max Bögl group, founded in 1929, is one of the largest construction companies in the German construction industry, with over 6,500 employees at 40 locations worldwide and an annual turnover of around 2.6 billion euros.
