Aroundtown repositions Amsterdam office asset with over 70% vacancy into a fully occupied thriving asset

Aroundtown acquired the property with the vacancy rate at over 70%, however by successfully implementing tenant retention and restructuring plans, tenants that had planned to vacate the property, changed course and renewed their leases under the new management. Furthermore, Aroundtown was also able to fill up vacancies due to the strategic location of the asset. By bringing in new tenants and closing prolongations with international blue-chip companies ranging from the mobile technology, and IT industry, to toy manufacturer, vacancy was fully filled. This development clearly illustrates the value of Aroundtown’s asset management expertise and ability.

The 13k sqm De Entree II office complex is strategically located in the heart of Amsterdam South-East’s office district. The building is next to the Johan Cruijff Arena (Ajax Stadium) and the Ziggo Dome, located on De Entree 230-266, 1101 EE Amsterdam. The building reception houses a cafe and the office floors are easily divisible into smaller parts, allowing flexibility required to meet smaller tenant requirements.
