Erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung im Kasseler Industriegelände am Henschelplatz

Der Hallenneubau im Industriepark Kassel Mittelfeld am Henschelplatz 1 ist erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Mit der Fertigstellung im Juni 2024 wurde einen weiteren Meilenstein erreicht, mit dem die Experten von Aroundtown die kontinuierliche Entwicklung des Standorts erfolgreich weiter vorantreiben. Für die Zukunft strebt Aroundtown eine DGNB Gold Zertifizierung der Halle an und prüft die Installation einer Photovoltaik-Anlage. Dies ist bereits die dritte Neubauhalle, die Aroundtown erfolgreich am Standort umgesetzt hat.

Bereits vor der offiziellen Fertigstellung konnte eine vollständige Vorvermietung von 100 % erzielt werden, was die hohe Nachfrage und Attraktivität der neuen Hallenflächen am Standort deutlich macht. Insgesamt wurden auf dem Gelände ca. 11.000 m² Fläche gemeinsam mit dem Bauunternehmen Goldbeck neu geschaffen und langfristig an eine Gesellschaft des Rheinmetall Konzerns sowie einen weiteren Neumieter vermietet. Die Übergabe an die Mieter ist erfolgt.

Der Industriepark Kassel Mittelfeld bietet Verdichtungsmöglichkeiten in den Bereichen Büro-, Produktions-, Logistik- und Lagerflächen. Die kontinuierliche Investition in die Infrastruktur und die Modernisierung des Geländes verstärken die langfristige Attraktivität des Standorts für nationale und internationale Industrie- und Gewerbebetriebe. Auf dem vollständig erschlossenen Industriepark mit einer Gesamtfläche von über 600.000 m² haben sich bereits über 30 namhafte deutsche und internationale Industrieunternehmen des Fahrzeug-, Maschinen- und Anlagenbaus mit rund 2.500 Mitarbeitern angesiedelt. So trägt das Gelände auch zur wirtschaftlichen Stärke der Region Kassel bei.

Aroundtown announces completion of new logistics hall fully let on a long-term basis:

Successful further development in the industrial park in Kassel at Henschelplatz

The new logistics and storage hall construction at Henschelplatz 1 in the Kassel Mittelfeld industrial park has been successfully completed. With its completion in June 2024, Aroundtown's experts have reached another milestone in the ongoing development of the site. Aroundtown is aiming to achieve DGNB Gold certification for the hall in the future and is looking into installing a photovoltaic system. This is the third new building Aroundtown has successfully completed at the site.

Prior to the start of the construction, 100% of the space has been pre-let, which clearly demonstrates the high demand and attractiveness of the new hall space at the site. A total of approx. 11 thousand sqm was created on the site together with the construction company Goldbeck and let on a long-term lease to a Rheinmetall Group company and another new tenant. The handover to the tenants has already taken place.

Kassel Mittelfeld Industrial Park offers opportunities for densification in the areas of office, production, logistics and storage space. Continuous investment in the infrastructure and modernization of the site will increase the long-term attractiveness of the location for national and international industrial and commercial companies. More than 30 well-known German and international industrial companies from the vehicle, mechanical and plant engineering sectors with around 2,500 employees have already settled on the fully developed industrial park with a total area of over 600,000 sqm. The site thus also contributes to the economic strength of the Kassel region.
