Aroundtown Foundation unterstützt die Organisation JOBLINGE in Berlin
Mit dem Ziel, jungen Menschen eine nachhaltige berufliche Zukunftsperspektive zu bieten, unterstützt die Aroundtown Foundation die JOBLINGE, eine gemeinnützige Organisation, die sie beim Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt begleitet.
Die Aroundtown Foundation unterstützt JOBLINGE zum einen mit finanziellen Mitteln – zum Beispiel für ein gemeinsames Sommerfest – bevor Ausbildung oder Job starten. Die Unterstützung der Aroundtown Foundation erfolgt zum anderen auch ganz praktisch, indem sie den JOBLINGEN unter anderem Laptops zur Verfügung stellt. Außerdem hat einer der jungen Menschen einen Ausbildungsvertrag bei Aroundtown erhalten und ist im August dieses Jahres als Auszubildender in der Unternehmensgruppe gestartet.
JOBLINGE hilft Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen von der Berufsberatung, über Hilfe beim Verfassen von Bewerbungsschreiben bis hin zur Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräche, zur Lösung von Problemen während der Ausbildung oder beim Berufseinstieg und bietet ihnen reale berufliche Chancen mit dem Ziel auf eine nachhaltige Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt und die Gesellschaft.
Über die Aroundtown Foundation
Die Aroundtown Foundation wurde 2018 gegründet. Die Stiftung übernimmt gesellschaftliche Verantwortung und setzt sich gezielt und pragmatisch für Projekte und Institutionen im nachbarschaftlichen Umfeld des Portfolios ein. Aroundtown Foundation supports the JOBLINGE organization in Berlin
With the aim of offering young people sustainable job prospects for the future, the Aroundtown Foundation supports JOBLINGE, a non-profit organization that helps them enter the job market.
The Aroundtown Foundation supports JOBLINGE firstly with financial resources - for example, for a joint summer party - before training or a job starts. The Aroundtown Foundation also provides practical support in the form of laptops for the JOBLINGEs. In addition, one of the young people has received an apprenticeship contract at Aroundtown and started as an apprentice in the group in August this year.
JOBLINGE helps adolescents and young adults with everything from career counseling - to help with writing letters of application - to preparation for job interviews, to solving problems during training or when starting a career, and offers them real professional opportunities with the goal of sustainable integration into the labor market and society.
