Aroundtown erhält für ein weiteres Objekt in Leipzig die BREEAM-Zertifizierung für nachhaltige Gebäude. Das mit einer Werksteinfassade versehene Gebäude und verglastem Dachgeschoss in der Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 20-30 nahe des Leipziger Hauptbahnhofs ist ein Beispiel der modernen urbanen Architektur des späten 20. Jahrhunderts. Das Gebäude wird heute unter anderem für die Bereiche Gesundheit und Medizin genutzt: So sind neben dem Institut für Sportmedizin und Prävention und der Sportwissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Leipzig auch eine Gesundheitskasse sowie Facharztpraxen niedergelassen.

Aroundtown has received BREEAM certification for another property in Leipzig, for sustainable buildings. The building at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 20-30 next to the main central train station of Leipzig, with its stone façade and glass attic storey, is an example of modern urban architecture from the late 20th century. The building is now used for a range of purposes, including health and medical services: in addition to the Institute for Sports Medicine and Prevention and the Faculty of Sports Science at the University of Leipzig, a health insurance company and specialist medical practices are also based here.
