Aroundtown erhält für das Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport-Neu-Isenburg in der Bismarckstraße 1-7 die BREEAM-Zertifizierung und erweitert damit sein nachhaltiges Immobilienportfolio im Großraum Frankfurt. Das Hotel bietet 164 komfortable Zimmer sowie einen modernen Konferenzbereich mit sechs Tagungsräumen auf insgesamt 320 m², die bis zu 170 Gäste beherbergen können.

Aroundtown expands its sustainable real estate portfolio in the greater Frankfurt area: BREEAM certification for Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport-Neu-Isenburg

Aroundtown has received BREEAM certification for the Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport-Neu-Isenburg at Bismarckstraße 1-7, thereby expanding its sustainable real estate portfolio in the greater Frankfurt area. The hotel offers 164 comfortable rooms and a modern conference area with six meeting rooms totalling 320 sqm, which can accommodate up to 170 guests.

The hotel's location near Frankfurt Airport and good transport links make it ideal for business travellers and international guests. In addition to a spacious restaurant and bar area, a fitness room is also available to guests, rounding off the facilities for a pleasant stay.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is one of the world's leading assessment methods for sustainable buildings and evaluates, among other things, energy efficiency, choice of materials and environmental compatibility. The certification of the Holiday Inn Frankfurt Airport-Neu-Isenburg strengthens Aroundtown's commitment to environmental responsibility in the real estate sector.
