Aroundtown erreicht Vollvermietung für das 23.000 m² Bürohaus am Taunus "BAT" in Eschborn nahe Frankfurt

Aroundtown erreicht durch zielgerichtetes Asset Management erfolgreich die Vollvermietung für das Bürohaus am Taunus „BAT“ in der Ludwig-Erhard-Straße in Eschborn. Seit Übernahme des Objektes in 2017 wurde das Objekt mit den letzten beiden Vermietungen an Unternehmen aus dem IT- sowie dem Automobil-Sektor mit zusammen rund 3.300 m² und durch Vertragsverlängerungen eines namhaften Unternehmens im medizinischen Bereich und einer renommierten Bank mit insgesamt ca. 9.700 m² langfristig gut aufgestellt.

Das zum Gewerbeportfolio der Aroundtown gehörende Bürogebäude besteht aus zwei fünfgeschossigen modern gestalteten Gebäudekomplexen mit knapp 23.000 m² Bürofläche.

Aroundtown successfully achieves full occupancy for the office building Bürohaus am Taunus "BAT" in Ludwig-Erhard-Strasse in Eschborn through targeted asset management. Since taking over the property in 2017, the property has been well positioned for the long term with the last two leases to companies in the IT and automotive sectors with a combined total of around 3,300 sqm, as well as contract extensions from a well-known company in the medical sector and a renowned bank with a total of around 9,700 sqm.

The office building, which is part of Aroundtown's commercial portfolio, consists of two five-story building complexes with a modern design and nearly 23,000 sqm of office space.

The office building Bürohaus am Taunus "BAT" in Ludwig-Erhard-Strasse is located in the commercial area "Eschborn-Nord" in the Main-Taunus district. The property is located only a few kilometers north of Frankfurt am Main with quick access via the A5 and A66 motorways as well as the "Eschborn" S-Bahn stop within walking distance to Frankfurt's main train station and the airport.
