Das Gehrmann-Haus in Wiesbaden überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: Der Hauptmieter, ein Versicherungsunternehmen, verlängert den bestehenden Mietvertrag und erweitert gleichzeitig die Flächen um zusätzliche knapp 2.800 m2 auf insgesamt ca. 7.500 m2 Bürofläche. Damit ist das Bürogebäude in der Abraham-Lincoln-Straße 34 in Wiesbaden langfristig vollvermietet. Das Versicherungsunternehmen nutzt die auf mehreren Etagen verteilten Flächen als klassische Büros. Eigentümer des Gehrmann-Hauses ist Aroundtown, Europas drittgrößtes börsennotiertes Immobilienunternehmen. Die langfristige Vollvermietung ist ein Erfolg des eigenen Asset Management Teams.
Das Gehrmann-Haus ist ein viergeschossiges Bürogebäude mit modernem Ausstattungsstandard. Es liegt an einem etablierten Bürostandort im Südosten der hessischen Landeshauptstadt. An insurance company expands to a total of approx. 7,500 sqm office space and remains single tenant
The Gehrmann-Haus in Wiesbaden convinces along the line: Main tenant, an insurance company, extends the existing lease and at the same time expands the space by an additional almost 2,800 sqm to a total of approx. 7,500 sqm office space. This means that the office building at Abraham-Lincoln-Strasse 34 in Wiesbaden is fully leased in the long term. The insurance company uses the space on several floors as regular offices. The owner of Gehrmann-Haus is Aroundtown, Europe's third-largest listed real estate company. The long-term full occupancy is a success of the company's own asset management team.
The Gehrmann-Haus is a four-story office building with modern equipment standards. It is located at an established office site in the southeast of the Hessian state capital. The property is directly connected to the federal highways B54 and B455. The city center of Wiesbaden as well as the main train station can be reached within a few minutes by car, the Frankfurt airport is about 15 minutes away. Outside, the Gehrmann-Haus has open parking spaces and a parking garage with three levels.
