Aroundtown erweitert das grüne Portfolio mit der BREEAM Zertifizierung für das PLATINUM Bürogebäude am Sachsendamm 2-7 in Berlin. Die BREEAM-Zertifizierung steht für Bemühungen darum, Umweltbelastungen zu minimieren und die Energieeffizienz eines Gebäudes zu maximieren.
Der architektonisch eindrucksvolle Baukörper des Büroobjekts zeichnet sich durch eine geschwungene Form aus, die sich pyramidenartig bis zum 10. Stockwerk verengt. Das moderne Bürogebäude überzeugt mit flexiblen Büroflächen und unterschiedlichen Raumkonzepten auf insgesamt 17.000 m² Bürofläche.
Das PLATINUM liegt verkehrsgünstig an der zentralen Adresse Sachsendamm 2-7 in Berlin und profitiert von einer direkten Anbindung an die Stadtautobahn A100 sowie an den Flughafen BER. Zudem ist das Objekt hervorragend an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Es lässt sich leicht über den Fernbahnhof Berlin-Südkreuz, den S-Bahnhof Schöneberg sowie mehrere Buslinien erreichen.

Recognition for greater sustainability in the Aroundtown portfolio: Berlin office building receives BREEAM certificate
Aroundtown is expanding its green portfolio with BREEAM certification for the PLATINUM office building at Sachsendamm 2-7 in Berlin. BREEAM certification stands for efforts to minimize environmental impact and maximize the energy efficiency of a building.
The architecturally impressive structure of the office building is characterized by a curved shape that narrows like a pyramid up to the 10th floor. The modern office building impresses with flexible office space and different room concepts on a total of 17,000 sqm of office space. PLATINUM is conveniently located at the central address Sachsendamm 2-7 in Berlin and benefits from direct access to the A100 city highway and BER airport. The property also has excellent connections to the public transport network. It can be easily reached via the Berlin-Südkreuz long-distance train station, the Schöneberg S-Bahn station and several bus lines.
The BREEAM certification (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a globally recognized award for the sustainability of buildings. BREEAM evaluates the ecological impact of real estate and supports the use of sustainable construction methods and eco-efficient operating strategies. The PLATINUM on Sachsendamm is another Aroundtown building to receive the award. This underlines the transition to a green portfolio also in the German market.
