Amsterdam's “De Entrée II” office building welcomes two new tenants: Aroundtown achieves full occupancy

Aroundtown successfully concluded two new letting contracts at the office building De Entrée II in Amsterdam. Two new tenants are occupying a combined total of 1,200 sqm of office space, along with supplementary parking facilities. With these new contracts the office building is fully let.

Constructed in 2002, “De Entrée II” is a 19-story multi-tenant office building situated at De Entree 230 in Amsterdam. The structure, which covers a total area of 13,500 sqm, is recognized with a BREEAM In Use sustainability certificate, one of the leading certificates for green buildings. “De Entrée II” offers an added level of service and convenience with an on-site café located in the building's entrance area.

The office complex is strategically located in the heart of the thriving southeast Amsterdam office district. Located at De Entree 230-266, 1101 EE Amsterdam, the building shares its neighborhood with major landmarks such as the Amsterdam Arena (Ajax Stadium) and the Ziggo Dome.
