Grand Hôtel Stockholm is launching its first One Planet Plate dish, an initiative developed by Världsnaturfonden WWF to inspire more sustainable eating habits. The first dish introduced is a climate-conscious, plant-based version of the Verandan’s classic Swedish meatballs with mashed potatoes.

Mathias Dahlgren’s exclusive restaurant Seafood Gastro, located in Grand Hôtel Stockholm, has been awarded a prestigious Michelin star at this year’s Nordic star ceremony. The award was received by the head chef Jonas Hedenqvist at the historic Savoy Theatre in Helsinki. This accolade is a testament to Seafood Gastro’s exceptional artisanship and innovation in gastronomy.
