Press release -
Convenient probiotic drops and vivid natural colors
Visitors at this year’s SupplySide West (SSW13), which is held in Las Vegas, US November 14-15th, will have the opportunity to meet key representatives from Chr. Hansen’s Human Health and Natural Colors teams.
“We are looking forward to meeting our US customers at SSW13 and to engage in interesting discussions with them about their business opportunities within probiotics and natural colors,” says Lasse Nagell, Sales & Marketing Vice President, Health & Nutrition Division.
Probiotic drops for infants
“We will be presenting our new product ? probiotic drops for infants and young children ? for the first time in the USA. The product contains our premium probiotic strain BB-12® in combination with sunflower oil. Our probiotic drops are a convenient, safe and efficacious solution for mothers who want the best for their children,” Nagell explains.
The Human Health team will also bring Chr. Hansen’s premium range of probiotic stick packs, chewable tablets and combination products.
The Natural Colors team will showcase Chr. Hansen’s complete range of natural color solutions ? but focus on two of the most recent innovations:
Coloring food with food – the opportunity has never been better
Given the continued trend for ‘cleaner labels’ and removal of synthetic colors, Chr. Hansen is proud to provide FruitMax® product line. The products are carefully selected raw materials from fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices.
Natural blue color for candy and gum
Chr. Hansen now offers Spirulina, a natural food ingredient, which provides a bright blue shade in application. Chr. Hansen is able to provide bright vivid blue and green shades, in various types of candy and chewing gum. There is no off-taste and Spirulina has good stability to light and oxidation.
Chr. Hansen’s experts are looking forward to meeting you at SSW13 - and at Chr. Hansen’s new and redesigned booth no. 31011.
